I ordered 1.5" backgammon checkers but received 1.6" pieces. They won't fit on my board. I emailed Hayneedle and received an immediate response and credit for the price of the product. This is way above and beyond good service. I immediately ordered another set [hopefully the right size :)]. I only expected an exchange and return. You guys are great. I will still return the incorrect pieces if needed.
